We provide practical, ministry-tested strategies to help leaders build healthier teams and stronger ministries.

For nearly 20 years, the Lord put on Pastor Roger's hear to write a book that would be the only book anyone would need for a thriving kids ministry. After alot of prayer and hard work, it is now avaiable to help hundreds of kidmin leaders equip teams, empower leaders, and impact kids!
This book delivers on how to create, build, and sustain a healthy kidmin team
You were not meant to do this alone. This book helps you find, recruit, train and empower leaders for your ministry.
This book gives you all the tools and strategies necessary to bring Kingdom impact to your ministry and to see kids and families know Jesus!
Different Field. Same Mission.
Sunday is over—but KidMin leaders know the work, questions, celebrations, and challenges don’t end when the last child checks out.
KidMin Presser is a weekly live Zoom gathering created for children’s pastors, directors, coordinators, and ministry leaders to come together after Sunday and talk about how the day really went. Think of it as the postgame press conference for Kids Ministry.
We’ll celebrate the wins, talk through the opportunities, learn from each other, share ideas, encourage one another, and even hand out some virtual GAME BALLS 🏈 to the volunteers, leaders, and team members who absolutely crushed it that Sunday.
No polished presentations. No pretending everything went perfectly.
Come ready to answer three questions: What went well? What was challenging? What did you learn?
Because you shouldn't have to lead KidMin alone. Sometimes the best thing you can do after a long Sunday is get in a room with other leaders who understand exactly what you do.
Sunday, September 20th
7:00 PM EST
LIVE on Zoom
Bring your wins. Bring your opportunities. Bring your questions. And come ready to encourage another KidMin leader.
We may serve on different fields, but we're playing for the same mission: pointing kids to Jesus.

Roger, affectionately known by my kids and our entire kids ministry as “P-Rog,” has always had a gift for making ministry fun while keeping the Gospel at the center. Whether he was wearing crazy pajamas, dressing as a superhero, or taking a pie to the face, Roger was willing to do whatever it took to engage kids so they could hear the GOOD NEWS of Jesus.
He is one of the hardest-working and most communicative Kids Pastors I’ve ever worked with, and he brings years of valuable experience to the table. I have no doubt that his passion, creativity, and practical ministry knowledge will make Coaching KidMin an incredible resource for other children’s ministry leaders.
I am honored to recommend Roger Stuart, whom I have had the privilege of knowing for more than 20 years. Throughout that time, I have witnessed firsthand Roger’s passion for children, his commitment to ministry, and his ability to lead others with excellence.
Roger has more than 20 years of experience serving in children’s ministry and has excelled as a Kids Pastor and ministry leader. One of his greatest strengths is his ability to develop, equip, and inspire teams of volunteers. He understands that a thriving children’s ministry is built not only on great programming, but also on passionate, well-trained, and committed leaders. Roger has a proven ability to build teams that are both inspired and effective.
Beyond his leadership and creativity, Roger has valuable practical experience that he can bring to churches and children’s ministry teams. His years of hands-on ministry have given him insight into the challenges and opportunities that come with building a healthy and effective kids ministry. He is able to provide practical coaching, encouragement, and strategies that can make a lasting impact on a ministry and help leaders develop volunteer teams that are confident, passionate, and effective.
I highly recommend Roger Stuart to any church or ministry looking to strengthen and grow their children’s ministry. His experience, leadership, creativity, and genuine heart for children make him a tremendous resource and a valuable asset to any ministry. I am confident that Roger will bring encouragement, practical wisdom, and a passion for helping churches reach children and families for Christ.
I have never met someone like Roger before! He is called specifically to Kids Ministry, and here is the kicker… He has not given up! I have been around a lot of people in church ministry who have been in Kids Ministry, but just pass through and then go onto something else because things got too hard or because they are truly stepping into what God has next for them for His glory.
I was one of those people and actually had the privilege of working with Roger! I remember when I was STRUGGLING to get off the hamster wheel of the repetitiveness of Kids Ministry and where we should go next as a collective. At the time, I was leading Kids Ministry over 3 campuses for Sunday mornings at a local church. I was honestly at a roadblock that felt like the end of my road. My creativity wasn’t there on how to expand and love on the kids and families better, I wasn’t or couldn’t hear from God on what to do next, I was absolutely drained and at my end…
THEN ROGER SHOWS UP by the grace of God!!! I remember when I first meet him and we had our first conversation! The Lord spoke through him and encouraged me. God used Roger to give me hope! Roger came in humbly and lowly. He started suggesting ideas and ways of doing things that perfectly lined up with the struggles we were facing and the prayers that I was praying for direction in the areas that God was burdening my heart for to steward His children (kids and parents) better!
What a blessing Roger is! He is a tenacious servant of the Most High God, Jesus Christ, whose heart beats to see kids and families set free and walking steadfastly in the Love of Jesus Christ! What an honor it is to know Roger and may Jesus continue to use him to breathe on Kids Ministries and Ministers wherever God leads him to!
Roger taught me the importance of the details and little things. In kids ministry, the big, fun activities are important.
But, just as important are the details and systems that go into making it possible to share the love of Jesus with kids and their families
Pastor Roger is passionate about connecting kids with their Savior. His passion for Jesus is contagious. As one who served alongside Roger, he encouraged me to meet kids where they are at. He empowered me to make creative decisions to connect kids with their Creator. He created an environment that was fun, winsome, and allowed kids to live out who Jesus created them to be.
As a parent, Pastor Roger supported me, encouraged me, and empowered me to be the guiding voice in the lives of my five kids. My kids grew to love Jesus because of the effort and investment of Pastor Roger in my life and the love of my kids.
Being new to the area of kids ministry was intimidating, but having the organization, tools, and support from Pastor Roger as our leader made all the difference.
Pastor Roger's vision for engaging kids in the message each Sunday moved our ministry forward by leaps and bounds. Additionally, his passion for team building brought everyone closer and really made us all feel that we had ownership of the lessons and experiences we were building each week.
I can't say that I would be teaching and growing the same way had I not been under his leadership. I'm thankful for everything he has done for me
Pastor Roger brought me into kids ministry and changed my confidence to tell children about Jesus. He helped me see that we have to plant the seed early for God's Kingdom to grow.
I enjoyed that he was never afraid to let children see that you can have fun being a Christian, and it's not all serious!
I was an intern under Pastor Roger for a year, learning the ropes in children’s ministry. Pastor Roger has always had insight when it comes to vision.
He sees what he wants to accomplish, and he can plot the steps it will logically take to make the vision a reality.
When Roger makes up his mind to do something, he makes it happen.Pastor “P-Rog” Roger taught me how to think this way.
I graduated from seminary last year.
This is largely because of the skills Pastor Roger taught me in the internship.
